New! Text & Email Billing Notifications

IMT Insurance is pleased to provide new billing notifications for policyholders! The notifications will be available via text message and/or email.

We’ve made it easy to sign up; the policyholder should follow these three steps to enroll:

Step 1) Login to IMT Insurance’s MyPolicy+

Step 2) Select the ''My Account'' tab at the top of the home screen

Step 3) In the left menu, click ‘Text Notifications’ and/or ‘Email Notifications’ to input contact information and to opt-in for receiving each type of notification that you desire.

In addition, push notifications will automatically be pushed to those policyholders whose accounts meet the criteria for a notification and they are currently setup to receive push notifications from IMT’s Worry Free mobile app. 

Worry Free app users who have not enabled push notifications can update this setting on their mobile device.

Effective September 29, 2021, the following notifications are available:

  • Upcoming Payment Due: Policyholders will be notified five (5) days prior to their due date reminding of their payment due. 
  • Payment Past Due*: If the minimum due is not paid by the due date, the policyholder will be notified to make a payment to avoid cancellation.
  • Scheduled Recurring Payment: Policyholders who are signed up for recurring payments will receive notice of an upcoming payment being withdrawn.

*Past due notifications cannot be sent via text.
