Property Coverage

The Vet PAK recognizes the importance of protecting your business’ tangible and intangible assets. Available property coverages include:

  • Buildings
    • Limits automatically increase a minimum of 2% annually
    • Available at replacement cost or actual cash value – the choice is yours!
  • Business Personal Property
  • Blanket Coverage
    • Available for buildings, business personal property or combination of building and business personal property
  • Personal Property of Others included in Business Personal Property Limit

Liability Coverage

The increasing number of lawsuits and high costs of legal fees makes it more important than ever in today’s world to have the best liability coverage available. The Wadena BOP understands your concerns and has included the following coverages in its Vet PAK:

  • $300,000 limit for Bodily Injury, Property Damage, and Personal and Advertising Injury. Higher limits are also available.
  • $5,000 for medical expenses for anyone other than an insured who is injured on your premises regardless of fault.
  • Defense costs are over and above the limits listed in the policy.
