To be eligible for IMT’s March Padness promotion, you must reside in the continental United States. No other affiliation with Insurance is required and no purchase is necessary for entry. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Brackets will close March 16, 2023, prior to the beginning of the second round of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. One entry per person.

Entry in the March Padness promotion constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likeness, without additional compensation. Winners may also be required to sign and return a release of liability and/or a declaration of eligibility as a condition of receiving a prize.
IMT Insurance will not permanently store any information you provide, nor will it be shared with outside parties. All information will be deleted at the conclusion of the giveaway. In addition, IMT Insurance will not use any of your information for any purpose other than sending you March Padness materials.
The contest winner will be mailed their new Apple iPad at the conclusion of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. This iPad is worth approximately 350 and may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Second place will receive a 200 gift card, third place will receive a 150 gift card, fourth place will receive a 100 gift card, fifth place will receive a 50 gift card, sixth through tenth place will receive at $25 gift card. All taxes, including federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Points will be awarded as follows: Round 1 - 1 point, Round 2 - 2 points, Field of 16 - 4 points, Field of 8 - 8 points, Field of 4 - 16 points, and Final round - 32 points. In case of a tie, a tie-breaker will be held. The tie-breaker will be the total number of points scored by both teams in the championship game.
If the winner was referred by an IMT Insurance Agent/Employee, the referring IMT Insurance Agent/Employee will also win the respective prize. Referring Agent/Employee must be affiliated with IMT Insurance at the end of the March Padness promotion. IMT Insurance Agents that refer themselves for their own bracket entry will be limited to winning only one prize for that bracket entry.
IMT Insurance reserves all rights to March Padness and may disqualify participants and remove their bracket for any reason. Reasons may include but are not limited to, obscene or offensive material, multiple entries by one individual or underage entrants. If one fan submits multiple brackets; all entries will be void. IMT Insurance reserves the right to close March Padness to new entrants at any time. All decisions of IMT Insurance are final and absolute and not subject to inquiry or appeal. The IMT Insurance March Padness promotion is void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
